SWE-USC Goes Apple Picking

Every semester SWE-USC holds a retreat as an escape from the perils of impending finals for all its paying members. This past Saturday, four car loads of SWE-sters packed onto the highway and headed off to the spacious, “country-fied” land of Oak Glen, a far cry from their downtown LA home base. Everyone de-stressed while filling their baskets full of home grown apples, and got in the Thanksgiving spirit while enjoying the fall colors and country, string band. The was a great bonding event and supported the growth of many of the big/sib relationships in their mentorship program.
